Nissan has announced pricing for the 2026 Pathfinder, which arrives in dealerships early next year, with a starting price of $37,500 before a $1,495 destination fee. This marks a price increase of $1,100 over the previous model year, compounded by a $105 rise in delivery charges.
Exterior Refinements
The updated Pathfinder features a revised front fascia with a more prominent grille and updated lower bumper. The changes are subtle but noticeable, including new satin badges and an expanded color palette that now includes Baltic Teal. The rear end has also received minor tweaks.
Tech and Interior Upgrades
The interior gets the most significant changes. A new 12.3-inch infotainment system replaces the previous 8- and 9-inch displays, now supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The mid-level SL trim receives a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, while the SL and Platinum trims get a redesigned wireless smartphone charger that supports the Qi2 standard.
Nissan has also added new camera functions to the SL, Platinum, and Rock Creek trims: Front Wide View and Invisible Hood View. The Platinum trim also gets updated 20-inch wheels and new seat quilting patterns with faux wood trim.
Rock Creek Premium Package
The Rock Creek trim gains a new Premium package for $1,720 (with a bench seat) or $2,270 (with captain’s chairs). This package adds the Qi2 wireless charger, a panoramic moonroof, a heated steering wheel, and a 12-volt power outlet in the cargo area.
Powertrain Remains Familiar
The Pathfinder continues with the 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 284 hp and 259 lb-ft of torque. The Rock Creek variant gets a slight bump to 295 hp and 270 lb-ft. Both versions use a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, with all-wheel drive available for an additional $2,000.
The pricing adjustments and modest upgrades suggest Nissan is positioning the Pathfinder for continued competitiveness in the mid-size SUV segment. These changes may not revolutionize the vehicle, but they address some key features that buyers now expect, such as wireless smartphone integration and enhanced safety features.
