Nissan Sentra SE RS: A Modern Throwback to Tuner Culture

A Nissan dealership in Arizona has created a limited-edition Sentra SE RS, a striking homage to the aggressive tuner styles of the early 2000s. Pinnacle Nissan and NISMO Nick collaborated to build this showroom-ready vehicle, aimed at drivers who want a bold look without aftermarket modifications.

Visual Upgrades and Performance Enhancements

The Sentra SE RS immediately stands out with its vibrant graphics package. Red accents highlight the front bumper, side skirts, mirror caps, and rear diffuser, while dynamic red, black, and gray stripes flow into a checkered flag design on the rear fenders.

Beyond the aesthetic changes, the SE RS includes a NISMO cat-back exhaust system and 18-inch NISMO wheels with a black finish. A revised grille replaces the standard SR badging, giving the car a more aggressive front profile. The suspension has also been upgraded with adjustable coilovers, improving handling and ride quality.

Interior and Pricing

Inside, the SE RS features black and red Katzkin leather seats embroidered with “SE RS” badging on the headrests. The upgraded interior complements the exterior’s bold design, creating a cohesive tuner-inspired look.

The full upgrade package is priced at $6,995. When added to the base price of a Sentra SR ($25,000), the total cost comes to at least $31,995. This makes the SE RS a relatively affordable way to get a factory-backed tuner look.

The Nissan Sentra SE RS represents a unique opportunity for enthusiasts seeking a modern interpretation of classic tuner aesthetics. It provides a showroom-fresh alternative to aftermarket modifications, blending performance and style in one package.
